MEET JAN FULMER LUONGO, APR CPRC

As a 20-year PR veteran, Jan has counseled large and small clients alike on a wide range of issues in marketing, public relations, communications, branding, and strategic planning. She has lectured widely on public relations and authored numerous articles on public relations, new media, social media and marketing trends.  In 2006, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year in Media by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Jan has won many awards for her work, including: Gold and Silver Addys, Summit Creative Awards, Image Awards, and Marcom Communication awards, Jan is a frequent guest lecturer at the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, USF Small Business Development Center, WEDU’s Be More Workshops, Planet Philanthropy and Florida Public Relations Association.

Jan holds degrees in Journalism, Advertising, and English from the Ohio State University and has earned an Accreditation in Public Relations, and is a Certified Public Relations Counselor. She currently serves as Vice President of Professional Development and Accreditation for Tampa Bay Florida Public Relations Association, and has served as the Public Relations Chair for the Florida Suncoast Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
